Frequently Asked Questions

Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?

Yes, you can request a specific available apartment. However, please keep in mind that our apartments are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it is ultimately subject to availability. If the requested unit is not available at the time of your completed application, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. If you would like to hold an apartment, you will need to complete an application, pay the application fee and submit all documents to verify income reported on your application. This will allow the apartment to be held until screening results are received. Within 24 hours of full application approval, you are required to pay a holding fee to continue to secure the apartment off the market until your contracted move in date. This holding fee will be applied towards the total due upon move in.
