|Recommended: YesGreat Location — These apartments are in an ideal location for any morning and afternoon commute. Close to Mo-141, I-270 I-44. Easy access to anywhere you need to go.

|Recommended: YesGreat property — Overall the property is well kept and clean. The landscaping looks nice and the pool is great Down side buildings are older so some maintenance is required. Some cracking in the paint, kitchen appliances are outdated. But overall a good apartment complex
|Recommended: YesVery nice and clean. Friendly staff. — I love living here. It is located in an awesome area, the apartments themselves are nice as well. The only complaint I have about living here is that there is no ceiling light in the dining area or in the main bedroom.
